Joseph McCafferty

President

Joe oversees all aspects of the company’s operations. A graduate of East Carolina University, Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Management. Joe has held numerous leadership positions ranging from project manager to Vice President of Operations. Joe’s experience along with his unique insight of construction operations and business management lends itself well to the position he now serves as being the integral point of contact between all project team members, owners, architects, and subcontractors, making sure every project is a success.

Christopher Sutherland

Vice President

Chris focuses his energy on project management serving to orchestrate and oversee the building process while working closely with the jobsite staff to coordinate and monitor construction activities. Chris brings extensive experience to Encore; having built several base building, shopping center, restaurant and retail projects. Having held the positions of project engineer, superintendent, project manager and estimator at Encore gives Chris a unique skill-set providing a thorough understanding of what it takes to maintain customer satisfaction and deliver successful projects. Chris obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Management from East Carolina University.
