Encore Construction, Inc., a general contractor located in Annapolis, Maryland, has recently been awarded a $2M dollar contract for tenant improvement and renovation work at the Navy Federal Credit Union’s main campus in Vienna, Virginia. The architect is J3 Design Collective Inc., located in Falls Church, Virginia.

The scope of work is comprised of 12,000 square feet of existing office renovations and four floors of restroom renovations. Commencement began in January of 2006; the project’s duration was 9 months. Chris Sutherland of Encore Construction is the Project Manager.

The project is to be completed in phases in order to avoid any impact to the operations of the Navy Federal Credit Union.
