	Encore Completes Second Project for Unique Thrift Store
	Working with an ultra-tight four-month delivery schedule, Encore Construction completed the Unique Thrift Store, a $3.5 million interior and facade renovation of an existing 76,000 square foot 'big box' retail store in Silver Spring, Maryland. The project consisted of a complete renovation to the property's roof, interior finishes, storefront, and electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
