Encore Construction completes two franchises for Au Bon Pain

Pittsburgh, PA – May 9, 2008 – The international café franchise Au Bon Pain, headquartered in Boston, MA, has recently opened two new full-service cafés in downtown Pittsburgh, PA. Encore Construction, Inc., an Annapolis, MD-based general contractor specializing in restaurant construction, completed the construction for the franchise locations.

The two restaurants, located in the Gulf Tower on Grant Street and the Dominion Tower on Liberty Ave., opened May 1. Encore completed the construction of the Gulf Tower location on April 16and the café in Dominion Tower on April 23.

Encore Construction had previously completed locations for Au Bon Pain in Washington, D.C.
