	IHOP – Now Serving Pancakes in Oxon Hill, MD
	Encore Construction completes second Mid-Atlantic IHOP location   Oxon Hill, MD – January, 2010 – International House of Pancakes is now open at 6171 Oxon Hill Road in Rivertowne Commons. The 5,000 square foot location seats approximately 185 people and will offer its award winning pancakes, omelets, and other specialties and will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Along with serving quality meals, IHOP also serves the community. The franchise supports both national charities and local non-profit organizations.   This is the second location that Encore Construction has built in the Mid-Atlantic region. Encore Construction is a Mid-Atlantic general contractor that specializes in restaurant construction. The Oxon Hill tenant up-fit restaurant project was completed in a four month period with a scope of work that included demolition, finish carpentry, Kawneer storefronts, ceramic & quarry tile, concrete coatings, and signage.    The architect for the project was National Restaurant Designers (NRD) out of Durham, NC. NRD is a division of LMHT Associates.   For more information on IHOP please visit www.IHOP.com. Additional information for National Restaurant Designers can be found at www.restaurant-designer.com.
