	Zoës Kitchen Now Serving Mediterranean Cuisine to the Mid-Atlantic
	Encore Construction Teams with Zoës Kitchen - Concept Expands to Woodbridge, VA   Woodbridge, VA – February 2010 – Zoës Kitchen, the fast causal Greek-influenced restaurant concept from Birmingham, AL has opened its new Mid-Atlantic 2,800 square foot location at 14901 Potomac Town Place. This is the first location of Zoës in the Mid-Atlantic region. Zoës serves a variety of chicken salad, pasta salad, pitas and grilled chicken sandwiches. Zoës offers self-serve style fountain drinks, in addition to bottled beverages, milk, juices and hot tea. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available. Mid-Atlantic restaurant contractor Encore Construction was the general contractor for the project.  Portions of work for this Zoës location included concrete, structural steel, new storefronts, acoustical ceilings, installation of owner provided wall coverings, ceramic tile flooring, recycled PVC flooring and HVAC. Encore Construction and Zoës plan to continue working together during the concept’s expansion across the Mid-Atlantic region.    The architect for the project was Ian Brown from Fitch Architects and the landlord, Road Side Development, was represented by Brian Corcoran.    For more information on Zoës Kitchen visit www.zoeskitchen.com.
