 When the owners of the Rialto Condominiums project in
Northwest Washington, DC needed to deliver top-level finishes
for their sales office and individual units, they turned to Encore
Construction. Encore came through for the developer by executing
a range of challenging details that gave the project a unique,
modern feel.
“The architect and owners presented us with some distinct
challenges,” said Joe McCafferty of Encore Construction. “I think
we came up with some really creative solutions in terms of both
materials and presentation that helped bring their vision to reality.
