Joe McCafferty, Chris Sutherland, and John Klakamp founded Encore Construction in 2003 to build projects of superior quality, and to provide customers an experience based on trust, fairness, and integrity. 

After several years managing a successful and well-respected tenant division for a major general contractor, Joe, Chris, and John came together to create Encore, uniting a shared belief in providing highly-personalized service. With 10 years of experience working together, and a collective experience of over 50 years, this close-knit team takes a proactive approach, anticipating and solving problems, to provide customers a seamless, worry-free experience.

In an industry that often relies on layers of management, Encore is unique for the hands-on involvement of its principals – who are on-site to lead every project.
