Our Approach to Pre-Construction
Pre–construction is a critical part of the commercial construction project, as it lays the groundwork for a successful finished construction project. The pre-construction process includes meeting with your team to define your expectations, intent, budget, and timeline. Encore will produce an appropriate design-phase schedule with checkpoints and budgets based on current market conditions, material availability, timeline, and more. By working together to clearly define project standards and timelines, our construction processes can be completed perfectly in accordance with them.
The Project Analysis Phase
By working through project expectations and goals early in the construction process, Encore can suggest alternative materials or construction methods that are more cost-effective, more functional, or more creative. Project analysis ensures that all choices made regarding the construction project are thought-out and purposeful.
The Design Coordination Phase
Encore will assist any consultants, designers, and architects throughout the design coordination phase. This stage also includes design reviews to ensure that the finished design is compliant with franchise or landlord standards, on budget, and able to be completed on time.
The Design Development Phase
The design development phase will include defining:
