Unique Hillandale Thrift Store
This retail strip center renovation required Encore to rebuild and enhance the exterior, including new facade, roof, and all-new utility services. Encore also completed the interior build-out of 80,000 square feet, which combines two retail thrift store operations in one space - Unique Thrift and Village Thrift.
