Founded in 2003, Encore provides customers with the trust and service for delivering projects of superior quality through a worry-free process. The three founding partners of Encore, with 10 years of experience working together, offer their customers more than 50 years' combined experience in the construction industry.

A mid-size general contracting company, Encore specializes in restaurant, retail, office, facility renovation, and small-base building construction.   Unique in an industry that often relies on layers of management, our principals are on-site to lead every project -- maintaining tight delivery schedules and controlling costs.

Based in Annapolis, Encore is pleased to work with local, regional, and national clients, completing projects throughout the Maryland-DC-Virginia region.
