  Taqueria Xochi

  Encore Construction completed an Interior build-out for a new Taqueria Xochi restaurant in Arlington, VA which included structural work to build a mezzanine, all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, Ansul system, pollution control unit, kitchen hoods, finishes, a custom metal ceiling feature, exterior patio railings, custom ceramic tile, coordinating with kitchen equipment suppliers and other vendors. The project was completed in September of 2024 after a 9 month timeline. The 1580 square foot space included one main level and a mezzanine.

  Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza

  Encore Construction, Inc. has completed work on Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza, the latest eatery from world-renowned chef and TV star Gordon Ramsay. Located at 507 7th Street NW in Washington, DC, this project began in April 2023 and was built from a shell space. For Encore’s part, the project scope included millwork, tile, heavy mechanical, electrical, plumbing, miscellaneous metals, two pizza ovens, and two bars. The collaboration between the multiple teams on this project allowed this work to be completed efficiently. This space having 2 floors, working closely with Trimark, Gordon Ramsay North America’s local kitchen equipment vendor, was key for successful opening. Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza is currently serving eager guests, and Encore Construction looks forward to possible future collaborations with the teams involved in this successful project.

  The Point

  Encore Construction was happy to partner with Greenleafbuzzard, LLC and Core Architecture + Design, Inc. on the completion of The Point restaurant located at 2100 2nd Street SW, Washington, DC 20024. This 12,500 square foot full service restaurant with 3,600 additional square feet of outdoor dining is located in one of the best areas DC has to offer-- right on the scenic southernmost part of the city just south of Audi Field. The centerpiece of The Point is its exquisite and environmentally friendly woodfire grill with copper surround. It features a live aquarium full of all sorts of fish and other freshwater creatures, and let's not forget the other highlight of the restaurant-- the expansive outdoor dining area. The foyer to the outdoor area, as well as the surrounding windows, are meant to remain open when the weather is pleasant. During the colder months, the windows will remain closed, keeping guests inside warm and cozy but not detracting from the beautiful view of the local town and riverside.

  Buildout of a 3,060 SF cold dark shell space into a Via Roma Italian restaurant in Camp Springs, MD. The project included coordinating and working closely with the owner’s foodservice equipment, LV/AV, and security vendors. The project consisted of custom doors, included a bi-fold glass window system, custom millwork with stone tops, epoxy and ceramic tile floors, painting, accessories, sprinkler, mechanical to include new hoods with Ansul systems, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm.
