Encore recently completed the buildout of a 4,298 SF Bartaco restaurant at the new Ballston Quarter Development in Arlington. The project included all new facade, storefronts and exterior patio in addition to the interior buildout.
The casual eatery is inspired by the beach culture of South America and Southern California. The facade, exterior and interior design and finish all nod to that fun, relaxed, coastal feel. It’s the perfect setting to experience their upscale street food menu and specialty cocktails and beers. Their locations are known to have a sprawling bar and lively outdoor seating.
Throughout this project and others, we’ve adhered to new Covid-19 rules to keep our team and yours safe.
