More About Via Roma Restaurant
Encore recently completed the buildout of a 3,060 SF cold dark shell space into a Via Roma restaurant in Camp Springs, MD. The project included coordinating and working closely with the owner’s foodservice equipment, LV/AV, and security vendors. The project consisted of custom doors, included a bi-fold glass window system, custom millwork with stone tops, epoxy and ceramic tile floors, painting, accessories, sprinkler, mechanical to include new hoods with Ansul systems, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm.
Via Roma is a new Italian restaurant offering many traditional dishes. The facade is quite reflective of an Italian restaurant with a modern twist. Additionally, there is ample space for tables with a rustic design, and a full bar.
Encore has also recently completed a Bartaco restaurant and a Rush Cycle studio. Our blogs also have plenty of construction tips for others to follow.
