Encore was excited to collaborate with architect L2M, Inc. and restaurant owner Hunter Bright Restaurants, LLC on this project. About The Restaurant Construction
This beautiful 4,245 SF restaurant space features a custom open seating layout for customers, new ceramic flooring, hardi-plank wainscoting, the signature Roy Rogers Fixin’s Bar, beautiful cedar beams and truss ceiling elements. The long lead times and delivery/installation of the Fixin’s Bar, which included storefront removal in order to get it into the building, were successfully coordinated to complete this project on time and on budget.
About Roy Rogers Restaurants
Roy Rogers is a regional chain brand that originally opened in 1968 following the fast food boom of the time. What set Roy Rogers restaurants apart from competitors at the time was the extensive menu that incorporated all sorts of offerings, including delicious hamburgers, roast beef, and fried chicken. In the mid-1970’s Roy Rogers Restaurants introduced their Fixin’s Bar, which features many condiments and toppings to put on burgers or other sandwiches. There are close to 50 Roy Rogers Restaurants throughout Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania with plenty of room to expand for more restaurant construction.
